A. A flat ¥2,000 per order, regardless of order size. No markup on products.
Shipping
Q. What carriers do you use?
A. DHL Express (DDP), FedEx International (DDU), and EMS / Japan Post (DDU).
Q. How long does shipping take?
A. DHL 2-5 business days, FedEx 3-7 business days, EMS 5-14 business days depending on destination.
Customs
Q. What is the difference between DDP and DDU?
A. DDP prepays customs duties at checkout (DHL only). DDU means you pay duties on delivery in your country.
Returns
Q. Can I return items?
A. Yes, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Food and opened cosmetics are not eligible.
