Shipping Information
Carriers
We offer three international carriers: DHL Express (DDP — duties prepaid), FedEx International (DDU), and EMS / Japan Post (DDU).
Delivery Times
DHL Express: 2-5 business days / FedEx International: 3-7 business days / EMS: 5-14 business days. Times vary by destination country and customs processing.
Countries Served
We ship to 61 countries supported by Stripe, including the US, Canada, UK, EU countries, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and more.
DDP vs DDU
DDP (available with DHL Express only) prepays customs duties and import taxes at checkout. DDU means duties are collected by the carrier upon delivery in your country.
